 Weight of 1 atom of element = 6.644 x 10-23  g
Weight of 6.023 X 1023 atoms of elements =  6.644 x 10-23 x 6.023 X 1023 = 40 g
40 g of elements =  1 g- atom
40 x 103 g of element = 40 x 103 /40 g  = 103 g-atom
